One of the most beautiful roads in Europe is the DN12C national road in Romania, it connects the Transilvania (Transylvania) and Moldova (Moldova) parts of the country. It leads from the village of Bicaz, near which is also the Bicaz reservoir, for about 50 kilometers to the town of Gheorgheni (Niclas Market) in Transylvania. The most beautiful section of this dream road is between Bicaz Gorge and Lacul Rosu (Red Lake). The highest point of this road is at an altitude of over 1250 m at the Pangarati Pass, where there are also parking lots in the immediate vicinity. The road is very popular and not only among motorcyclists.
