The thermal bath in Bucharest (Therme Bucuresti) is located just outside the Romanian capital and is a popular destination for both locals and tourists. At weekends or on public holidays, it can therefore get crowded. The thermal complex has different areas: Palm, Galaxy and Elysium. Here you can have fun, swim, but also relax or eat out. Attractions include one of the longest indoor water slides in Europe as well as the exotic garden in the Palm area and the sauna area in the Elysium area. No less popular is the beach (Sands of Therme), where you will find a fine sandy beach and sun loungers under real palm trees. You can choose either individual areas or several at once for your visit. For example, if you just want to relax in the sauna, a ticket for the Elysium area is your choice. You can also choose the length of your stay. There are hourly rates or the rate for a whole day (One day holiday). We also recommend booking your ticket online. Palm is the thermal spa’s tropical paradise. Here you will find numerous tropical plants and palm trees that create a relaxing and exotic atmosphere. The area also has a variety of thermal pools with different temperatures as well as rest areas and loungers where you can relax.
Galaxy is known for its entertainment options. Here you will find a variety of pools with different functions, such as wave pools and whirlpools. The various slides and other water play equipment are particularly popular.
Elysium is the most luxurious part of Therme Bucharest. Here you can enjoy exclusive spa treatments and wellness offers. Enjoy massages, facial and body treatments as well as saunas and steam baths in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Individual attractions at Therme Bucharest
Water slides
You can choose from a total of around 1600 meters of water slides. These include one of the longest indoor waterslides in Europe and the Hydra waterslide, a fast slide; Racer waterslide, where you can slide in parallel with friends; Pulsar waterslide, where you slide in a tire; Galaxy waterslide, also with a tire but with a twist at the end; Adromeda waterslide, a slide with a tunnel in which colored lights are installed; Sky River waterslide, it starts from the highest point of the Therem and takes you to many curves; Supernova waterslide; Quasar waterslide and others that vary in speed. Note, different regulations apply depending on the slide. Some slides can only be used from a certain age or height.
Wave pool
The wave pool is fed with warm thermal water and the waves vary from gentle to stronger waves. The depth of the pool is from 1.30 to 2.10 meters.
Water playground
The water playground is designed for children and offers the little ones various play options, including sprinklers, colorful figures, illuminated benches

In the wellness area you will find various saunas, different pools as well as treatment rooms for massages and more.
